Over the last 22 years, Joan has dedicated his professional career to healthcare consulting and is a Partner and co-founder of Antares Consulting. As a consultant, he has accompanied leading healthcare organisations across Iberia and internationally, focusing on strategy projects, care plans, development plans, investment evaluation, and operational analysis. Since 2006, he has been co-director and professor of the Masters in Healthcare Organisation Management at ESADE Business School. He has a Bachelors and MBA from ESADE.
